Responsibilities

As a Color Makeup Development Assistant, you will support Product Managers in activities ranging from ideation to the development of new product innovations.

Trends Spotting & Insights

• Produce analysis on macro/micro trends, consumer insights, market feedback, and competitor product mix.
• Translate the analysis into innovation opportunities.

Market & Business Analysis

• Track market shares and competitive launches.
• Develop clear, impactful reports to support strategic decision‑making.
• Analyze product mix, pricing architecture, and portfolio performance.

Innovation Development

• Assist the product manager with packaging design and formula development in partnership with R&D, formula and packaging teams.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers (artworks, renders, etc.).
• Co‑create concept designs aligned with product benefits, trends, consumer insights, brand image, and business priorities.
• Support the product managers in daily operational requests from markets and cross‑functional departments.

The team consists of one Senior Product Manager and one Junior Product Manager. You will work closely with R&D (Packaging, Formula, Procurement, LCM), Business Development, and Operating Office departments. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with professionals who value both excellence and humanity.

Qualifications & Desired Attributes

• Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Enjoys teamwork and collaboration, comfortable working with collaborators.
• Digitally savvy with knowledge of the latest makeup trends.
• Previous experience in marketing within the beauty sector is highly appreciated.
• English language proficiency is mandatory.
