RM365 specializes in the distribution and e-commerce of aesthetic, beauty, skincare, and luxury products across Europe. Within this ecosystem, YXA is being built as a next-generation skincare brand positioned at the intersection of clinical science, modern luxury, and functional cosmetic innovation.
Our ambition is to create products combining formulation integrity, strong ingredient selection, aesthetic sensoriality, and long‑term brand credibility. We work closely with European laboratories, OEM/ODM manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and industry partners to develop skincare products aligned with evolving market trends and consumer expectations.
As part of our development, we are looking for a highly motivated Product Development & Sourcing Manager to support the next phase of the brand’s growth.
The Role
This role is ideal for a high‑potential candidate looking to grow within an ambitious international beauty and skincare project.
This is a strategic and hands‑on role combining:
- product development
- supplier sourcing
- project coordination
- trend analysis
- regulations checking
- and communication with laboratories and manufacturing partners
We are not simply looking for someone to “manage projects”.
We are looking for someone curious, professional, detail‑oriented and commercially aware, who is able to grow with the brand long term and to be a key point of contact between YXA and its suppliers, laboratories, and partners.
The ideal candidate should feel comfortable communicating in a professional environment and interacting confidently with manufacturers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify OEM / ODM skincare manufacturers, cosmetic laboratories, ingredient suppliers, and packaging partners
- Support the development of new skincare concepts and product ranges
- Structure product range and categories while building branding
- Coordinate sampling, testing, formulation feedback, and product evaluations
- Participate in supplier discussions, RFQs, negotiations, and follow‑ups
- Conduct market and trend analysis within skincare, beauty, biotech, and cosmetic innovation
- Monitor emerging ingredients, technologies, textures, and market trends
- Support packaging and product positioning discussions
- Assist with product documentation and regulatory coordination when needed
- Attend trade shows, supplier meetings, and cosmetic industry events
- Work closely with management on long‑term product strategy and brand development
Profile We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in skincare, beauty, luxury, or cosmetic product development
- Demonstrates professionalism, maturity, and strong communication skills
- Is comfortable interacting with suppliers, laboratories, and business partners
- Has a proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven mindset
- Has strong organisation and execution capabilities
- Is willing to learn and grow within a fast‑moving environment
- Speaks fluent English & French
Strongly Preferred
- Beauty / skincare / biotech / business school background
- Internship or first experience in beauty, skincare, luxury, sourcing, or product development
- Existing understanding of cosmetic manufacturing or skincare ecosystems
- Interest in formulation trends, ingredients, and product innovation
- International mindset and strong adaptability
Experience is important, but personality, professionalism, and learning ability are equally critical for us. The candidate should have a high level of professionalism and developped communication skills, and a strong mindset.
