Cold Chain Warehouse Manager M/F

We are looking for a highly driven Cold Chain Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our temperature-controlled warehouse operations.

In this role, you will ensure the integrity, safety, and efficiency of our cold chain processes while driving operational excellence and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cold chain warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of temperature-sensitive products
• Ensure full compliance with cold chain standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, GDP), maintaining the highest level of product integrity
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocks audits, and robust reconciliation processes to enhance productivity and space utilization
• Lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering a high-performance and safety-first culture
• Oversee maintenance and reliability of cold storage equipment (refrigeration systems, freezers, monitoring tools)
• Implement contingency plans to mitigate risks related to temperature deviations or equipment failures
• Partner cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and driving corrective actions
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards

About you

• F/M, Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, including at least 3 years in cold chain or temperature-controlled environments
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems
• Solid understanding of cold chain regulations and quality standards (GDP, HACCP)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Comfortable working in cold environments
• Fluent in French and English; Mandarin is a plus
