Lynk is a deep-tech startup that delivers global satellite internet without any dead zones. The company turns smartphones into portable Wi-Fi hotspots, eliminating the need for telecom networks. Lynk offers speeds of 60–100Mbps at 2–4 times lower cost and requires no extra devices. The mission is to provide reliable, cost-effective internet connectivity worldwide.

Role Description

As Co-Founder & Chief Legal Officer (CLO), you will be a key strategic leader, responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the business, including corporate governance, compliance, risk management, contracts, intellectual property, and investor relations. You will develop and implement legal strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance while mitigating risks in fundraising, partnerships, and operations. As a trusted advisor to the executive team, you will navigate complex legal challenges, negotiate high-stakes deals, and protect the company's interests while fostering a strong legal foundation for scalable growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate law, compliance, risk management, and contract negotiation, preferably in tech startups or high-growth companies.
• Proven expertise in corporate governance, intellectual property (IP), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and regulatory compliance.
• Strong experience in fundraising, venture capital negotiations, and investor relations, ensuring legal security in financing rounds.
• Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of structuring complex commercial agreements.
• In-depth knowledge of data protection laws, employment law, and international business regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing legal team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, translating legal complexities into actionable business strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic, problem-solving approach in high-pressure environments.
