The founders will benefit from 70% of the startup's shares , with 30% allocated to CyGO Entrepreneurs.
CyGO Entrepreneurs is the first startup studio in Europe dedicated to cybersecurity. It aims to respond to the growing challenges of digital crime in a world of rapid technological change marked by geopolitical tensions. The studio seeks to build a cyber-resilient Europe by strengthening the European ecosystem.
Laurent Hausermann, a seasoned cybersecurity entrepreneur, and Aurélie Clerc, who is recognized for her leadership in cybersecurity, head the studio surrounded by entrepreneurs experienced in software and cybersecurity. They offer the founders of their startups unique know-how, a network, and a proven financing strategy.

Missions and Responsibilities
As CEO and co-founder, your mission will be to co-build the startup in close collaboration with our team of experts in product, tech, and marketing/growth, as well as with your co-founder. CTO.
- Alongside CyGO Entrepreneurs, refine and structure the product positioning of the ProductX platform.
- Lead and participate in user interviews and increase the value proposition.
- Collaborate with your co-founder CTO to define the roadmap.
- Define go-to-market and commercial strategy in Europe
Business and Financial Development:
- Be the company's first salesperson, find the first customers, carry out commercial negotiations and the first sales
- Define and manage the company's business plan, budget, and P&L (revenue, expenses, investment, results, etc.)
- Lead the company towards achieving an ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) of €500K in the first 18 months.
- Prepare and lead a fundraising campaign to ensure funding over 18 months, with the support of CyGO Entrepreneurs for advice, connections, and feedback on pitches.
Leadership and Corporate Culture:
- Build a relationship of trust with the Studio, drive synergies, and lead rituals between the co-founders.
- Forge the culture, structure, and vision of the product.
- Recruit, train, and lead a talented team to drive business growth.
Customer and Market Relationship Management:
- Deeply understand your customers' needs and challenges and maintain close relationships.
- Identify and exploit market opportunities to ensure the growth and sustainability of the company.
Communication and External Relations:
- Be the spokesperson for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and customers.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with all company stakeholders.
Required profile
We are looking for a leader with solid experience in B2B software. An understanding of the industry software engineering. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in sales management or management of a BU, preferably with a software publisher or in an ESN.
- A pioneering mindset, totally autonomous and capable of progressing in an uncertain environment, comfortable both in defining a strategy and in daily operational execution.
- Exceptional ability to define and execute growth strategies with a robust entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent leadership skills, able to recruit and motivate a high-performing team.
- An ability to forge and maintain strategic relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- A commitment to be present regularly in our Lyon or Paris premises to work closely with the team and the CTO co-founder, particularly during the crucial start-up phases.
