Clinical Application Specialist PMLS (Monitoring, Infusion & Ventilation)
Paris/PaRIS AREA – Fixed term contract 6 month
Location: Paris, Ile‑de‑France, FranceAffiliates to a Mindray office in France, field‑based, frequent travel across France focusing on Paris area (departments 95, 94, 93, 92, 91, 78, 77, 75).

An exciting opportunity, due to continued growth, is now available within our ambitious Patient Monitoring & Life Support Marketing function, focusing on training in ICU, Operating rooms or other departments. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Clinical Application Specialist with clinical expertise from intensive care or anesthesiology, commercially astute, who will work hand in hand with various internal and external stakeholders, driving successful technical training and expertise to generate business growth across Paris and suburbs.
In collaboration with our sales engineer for the area, you will take charge of demonstration of medical devices, installation phase and customer training, ensuring customers are confident and competent in using Mindray products.
Your Responsibilities
- After training, act as a knowledge point for customers to glean maximum value from Mindray products.
- Liaise with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical evaluations, installations, and post‑sales clinical support.
- Serve as the product expert, educating clients on effective operation of devices.
- Provide guidance on workflow design based on clinical setting (ICU, theatres, A&E, etc.).
- Work with customers to define clinical configurations for safe and appropriate use.
- Identify and communicate internally opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with Sales/Service Engineer to generate profitable sales of Mindray devices.
- Communicate at all levels, tailoring content to the audience to ensure training is fully understood.
- Plan and execute projects on time and to customer expectations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Keep clinical, technical, IT, and market knowledge up to date.
- Contribute to design and development of product resources (user guides, competency frameworks, training presentations).
- Manage and maintain timely training records.
What are we looking for in you?
- A proven clinical expert in Intensive Care or Anaesthesiology, looking to move into a clinical applications role or already in a similar role.
- High clinical knowledge and experienced in a biomedical environment.
- Experience with clinical applications in Paris/Paris Suburbs (a plus).
- Proven KOL relationships.
- Live in the business area or willing to relocate.
- Demonstrated autonomy and strong team player.
- Sales experience in a similar role advantageous.
- Fluent in French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
- Ability to work in France without company sponsorship.
- Ambitious and looking to drive career forward at pace.

- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
