Client Relationship Manager (technical support) H/F

We are searching for a French‑and‑English‑speaking Client Relationship Technical Support Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support
  • Technical Client understanding
  • Local industry standards
  • Internal Functional support
  • Operational client relationships
  • Technical Client Servicing

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance or a related area
  • First experience in a financial sector operational environment - and/or managing client relationships
  • Experience relating to the negotiation / implementation of Service Level and Legal Agreements
  • Sound IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Client Relationship Management systems
  • Strong numeracy and written skills

Required Abilities

  • Understand the financial markets and investment products
  • Bring periodic flexibility required regarding working hours and ability to accommodate some travel
  • Motivate yourself and work autonomously, good time management and organisational skills
  • Work independently and within a team environment to build and maintain strong working relationships through coaching and mentoring
  • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
