Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner / Senior Account Lead to take ownership of a strategic enterprise account within the energy, industrial automation, and digital transformation space. This role is accountable for overall relationship management, revenue growth, and delivery governance, with a focus on long-term account development and customer success.

This is a senior, high-impact position suited to a commercially driven leader with a strong track record in managing and growing complex enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the client relationship at both executive and operational levels , acting as the primary commercial lead for the account
  • Define and execute a multi-year account growth strategy , spanning digital engineering, cloud, data, automation, and managed services
  • Identify, shape, and convert new business opportunities , leading complex sales cycles and proposal development
  • Oversee delivery governance and performance , ensuring quality, risk management, and proactive issue resolution
  • Foster strong internal collaboration across solution, delivery, and industry teams to maximise value for the client
  • Manage overall account financials , including revenue, pipeline, profitability, and contract renewals
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends (energy, sustainability, industrial digitalisation) to inform and influence client strategy

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Client Partner, Engagement Leader, or Senior Account Manager within IT services, consulting, or digital engineering
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing large enterprise accounts and multi-million-euro portfolios
  • Sector experience within energy, utilities, industrial automation, or manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex delivery environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial orientation
  • Relationship-led, with the ability to influence at C-suite level
  • Highly collaborative, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
  • Resilient and adaptable within a complex, fast-paced environment
