Client Delivery Lead – Kraken

Kraken is a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. The Client Delivery Lead manages technology domains such as billing, finance, and communications for clients migrating onto the Kraken platform or maintaining long‑term technology requirements. The role partners with Kraken’s technology and operational teams to deliver results that meet client business needs.

What you will do

• You will manage the relationship with client counterparts such as product owners and business owners.
• Act as the first point of contact for tech development and as the escalation and resolution point for specific domain or product issues.
• Serve as the knowledge base for how Kraken works and how the Kraken Platform is delivered.
• Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
• Summarise and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines internally to enable ongoing development of the Kraken platform.
• Support the engineering team to deliver product features.
• Challenge the client to consider new ways of thinking about tech development and embrace continuous iteration and deployment.

This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role based in Europe; travel within Europe is expected.

• Experience working with complex delivery pipelines for clients.
• Patience and initiative in managing large transformations.
• Time‑management skills and a get‑stuff‑done attitude.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and French.
• Previous experience in the electricity/utilities market in France is required.
