The Opportunity

Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney for its New Haven, Connecticut office with at least 5 years of litigation experience to assist in defending Rideshare Liability, Product Liability and a variety of General Liability cases. Our practice is team-based and highly collaborative, offering meaningful client interaction and a clear path for professional development and practice growth.

Compensation range: $120,000 - $150,000 depending upon the type and level of litigation experience.

While you are not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one, you will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who are committed to mentoring and skill development. Through hands‑on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, you will gain the confidence and capability to grow into full case management at your own pace.

Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are highly valued—and continuously refined—within our litigation groups.
