Working within the Global Design, Technical Services & Innovation team, the Chief of Staff Intern will play a key role in developing the department's strategy. They will report on hotel openings worldwide and help improve the department's performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our teams through reporting on Accor hotel openings worldwide.
- Help automate and optimize existing reporting tools.
- Support the Chief of Staff in day‑to‑day coordination and strategic planning activities (preparation of Comex support, HR project follow‑up, budget monitoring, leading meetings with worldwide teams).
- Help develop the department's strategy.
Profile required
As a student at a top business school or university (Bac+5 level), with training in management, strategy or hospitality, you are looking for a gap‑year or end‑of‑study internship and are motivated by the discovery of a cross‑disciplinary profession. Curious and proactive, your career path has enabled you to acquire rigor and analytical skills, as well as solid oral and written communication skills. A first experience in consulting, audit, startup or large group, as well as a keen interest in the hotel sector is a plus.
