Job Description
Working within the Global Design, Technical Services & Innovation team, the Chief of Staff Intern will play a key role in developing the department's strategy. The role includes reporting on hotel openings worldwide and improving performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our teams through reporting on Accor hotel openings worldwide.
- Help automate and optimize existing reporting tools.
- Support the Chief of Staff in day‑to‑day coordination and strategic planning activities, including preparation of Comex support, HR project follow‑up, budget monitoring, and leading meetings with worldwide teams.
- Help develop the department's strategy.
Qualifications
Profile required: Student at a top business school or university (Bac+5 level) with training in management, strategy, or hospitality, looking for a gap‑year or end‑of‑study internship. Motivated by cross‑disciplinary discovery, demonstrates rigor and analytical skills, solid oral and written communication, and has a first experience in consulting, audit, startup, or a large group. A keen interest in the hotel sector is a plus.
