Chief ILS Engineer (RAMS, Safety, ILS/LSA) - Relocation to Spain

We are seeking a senior ILS Chief to lead Integrated Logistics Support, RAMS, and Safety activities for complex defense/aerospace systems . This role requires relocation to Spain (Madrid) and offers long-term stability and strong relocation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment between system design, maintainability, and regulatory/customer requirements .
• Define and validate integrity, reliability, maintainability, and supportability criteria.
• Lead and approve RAMT analyses and studies (FMEA/FMECA, FTA, RBD, Weibull, LORA, LCC).
• Ensure compliance with ASD/AIA S‑Series , MIL‑STD , and DEF STAN standards.
• Define and monitor RAM objectives and Safety requirements.
• Act as technical authority and stakeholder interface .
• Lead multidisciplinary ILS/RAMS/Safety teams and drive lifecycle improvement.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Aerospace, Systems, Mechanical, Electronic, or similar).
• 7+ years in ILS, RAMS, Safety, or Product Integrity (defense/aerospace).
• 3+ years in leadership roles (ILS Lead, RAMS Manager, Safety Lead).
• Strong experience with ASD/AIA S‑Series, RAMS, and Safety frameworks .
• Willingness to relocate to Madrid, Spain .
