Key Responsibilities May Include:
Developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with overall business goals, focusing on customer experience, operational efficiency, and new business models.
Identifying and evaluating emerging digital technologies (e.g., AI, automation, blockchain, IoT) and their potential application to business challenges.
Leading digital transformation initiatives, from ideation and pilot programs to full-scale implementation across various departments.
Enhancing customer engagement and personalization through digital channels and data-driven insights.
Driving operational efficiency and innovation by digitizing core business processes.
Building and mentoring internal digital teams, fostering a culture of digital literacy and agility.
Collaborating with IT, marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless digital integration and execution.
Establishing key digital metrics and KPIs to measure the success and ROI of digital initiatives.
Advising the C-suite and board of directors on digital trends, competitive threats, and strategic digital investments.
Acting as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on all aspects of digital growth, market disruption, and organizational agility.
Key Requirements May Include:
Proven experience in a senior digital leadership, digital transformation, technology strategy, or executive consulting role.
Track record of successfully leading and implementing significant digital transformation initiatives that resulted in measurable business outcomes.
Deep expertise in digital technologies, customer experience design, digital marketing, e-commerce, and agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in digital strategy.
Excellent communication, change management, and cross-functional leadership abilities, comfortable engaging with C-suite, boards, and technical teams.
Strategic thinker with an innovative, customer-centric, and execution-focused mindset.
Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus.
