Key Responsibilities May Include:
Assessing current business processes and identifying opportunities for digital optimization and automation.
Developing and implementing comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Leading the selection, implementation, and integration of new digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing automation, collaboration tools).
Driving organizational change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
Analyzing data to measure the impact of digital initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project execution.
Providing expert guidance and training to staff on new digital tools and best practices.
Researching emerging technologies and trends to advise on future digital capabilities.
Acting as a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs, and other leadership on digital strategy and innovation.
Required Qualities May Include:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile) are a plus.
Proven experience in leading and implementing digital transformation projects across various business functions.
Strong understanding of modern digital technologies, platforms, and their application in business contexts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Experience advising small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or startups is a strong plus.
Prior consulting or fractional executive experience is highly valued.
A strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
