Chief Commercial Officer

Overview

Hartmann Young is retained with a private equity-backed, European mid-sized CRO to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer. This is a strategic role, leading a high-performing commercial team across Europe, working closely with senior leadership to define commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and elevate client engagement across clinical services.

We are looking for

• 15 years’ CRO experience (Phase I-III focus)
• Experience working closely with C-level executives and PE stakeholders
• Strong commercial and strategic skill set
• Proven leadership of high performing teams
• Define & implement Sales & Marketing strategy
