Chef de Projet Bâtiment - Etudes de Faisabilité (f/h)
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Building Project Manager (f/m) to join our Facility Management team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a multi‑divisional team of 15 people spread across 4 sites in France. Within the Building and Construction department, you will conduct feasibility studies and manage customer/supplier relationships to secure infrastructure project validation and business continuity.
Location & Working Environment
Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France. Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all feasibility studies (organizational, technical, economic, and scheduling aspects) for the France perimeter.
- Define and validate global schedules and costs of construction projects during the upfront phase.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and internal customers to ensure project acceptance.
- Drive change and strategic cost management across organizational boundaries.
- Contribute to future company investments and ensure business continuity through robust projects.
Qualifications
- Academic background in engineering, ideally in Building / Civil Engineering or Project Management.
- Proven experience in program and project management, ideally within the construction sector.
- Strong experience in customer and supplier relationship management.
- Autonomy, ability to work cross‑functionally, and readiness for regional travel.
- Advanced level of French and English.
