Chef de Projet 360 H/F – Dentsu Creative
Full‑time permanent project manager role based in Paris 17th arrondissement, orchestrating integrated marketing projects across media, creative and digital channels.
Missions
- Orchestrating project management and coordination among stakeholders.
- Gathering essential project information and materials.
- Planning work and meetings with stakeholders and monitoring daily progress.
- Writing briefs, debriefs and meeting minutes internally and externally.
- Follow‑up of creation (print, digital, video, social).
- Guaranteeing the quality of presentation materials to clients (careful copy‑editing, review of creatives, presentations).
- Creating and updating project tracking tools (schedule, meeting notes, worklist, rights summary).
- Financial management: client and subcontractor quotes, time tracking, invoicing.
- Ensuring legal compliance in collaboration with the legal department.
- Competitive intelligence.
- Production planning and coordination with production partners.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to brand and creative brief.
Profil
- Bac+4/Bac+5 in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an agency setting.
- Experience working with brands that span advertising, digital and social media.
- Strong technical knowledge of the function and ability to act as the flagship orchestrator.
- Creative sensibility, brand culture awareness and focus on campaign effectiveness.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools and passion for new technologies, especially generative AI applied to communications.
- Exceptional anticipation, relational skills, organizational discipline and proactive demeanor.
- Strong client‑relationship orientation and excellent service‑client listening.
- Very good English and fluent French are mandatory.
Conditions du Poste
- Permanent contract (CDI) in Paris – 17th arrondissement.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
