Job Description
Actively identify and prospect new partners, including merchants, service providers, and businesses, to persuade them to participate in the gift boxes and be featured on the gift cards.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential partners, providing detailed information about the benefits and collaboration opportunities offered by the gift boxes and gift cards.
Present the advantages and added value of inclusion in the gift boxes and on the gift cards, emphasizing visibility, promotion, and increased sales opportunities.
Negotiate and secure partnership agreements, defining participation terms, listing conditions, promotional benefits, and financial incentives.
Maintain regular follow-up with partners, providing ongoing support, performance reports, and recommendations to optimize their presence and maximize results.
Profile
- Ideally a graduate from a business school.
- 1st successful experience as Commercial/Chargé de Développement Commercial.
- German current and English appreciated.
- Strong sales drive and negotiation ability.
- Natural resilience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and results orientation.
- Knowledge of the tourism/leisure sector is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s licence B required.
- Full remote work (100% telework).
