Job Responsibilities
- Participation in product marketing plan development based on sales data and distributor feedback, proposing range improvements, setting objectives for partner recruitment teams, validating sourcing contracts and managing national promotional activities.
- Production management, including designing elements for each new edition, ensuring adherence to deadlines in coordination with various internal teams, and utilizing tools such as Rowbx, Keepeek, and Salesforce.
- Creation of diverse marketing materials, including brochures, sales guides, product briefs, online and offline advertisements, as well as point‑of‑sale materials, while providing internal support materials such as range summaries, product fact sheets, promotional texts, web content, and presenter briefings.
- Development of priority range plans (PPR).
- Identification, evaluation, and tracking of potential partners to enrich the product range, alongside analyzing the performance of current partners and offering recommendations to optimize results.
- Collaboration with sales, trade marketing and marketing teams to promote the product range and develop merchandising and communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Formation type école de commerce, niveau BAC+4/5 with a specialization in Marketing.
- First experience in large consumer goods.
- Excellent relational and project‑management skills.
- Developed analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Rigorous, autonomous, organized, and curious.
- Experience with distributor panels is an advantage.
