Job Title: Adoption & Change Management Consultant

Duration: Part‑time for 2 months, transitioning to full‑time from June for long term work

Workload: Full time hours

Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Portage / Sole Trader)

Location: Remote from France

A leading client requires an experienced Change & Adoption Consultant to support an ongoing digital transformation programme, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyse ADKAR surveys to assess change readiness and organisational maturity.
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies, including communication and training plans.
• Create learning materials and deliver training sessions to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate and support an ambassador network to drive engagement.
• Lead hypercare activities post–go‑live and coordinate feedback loops with technical teams.
• Engage confidently with C‑level stakeholders to influence decision‑making and adoption approaches.

Must‑Have Skills:

• PROSCI certification.
• Fluent French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong experience interacting with C‑suite leadership.
• Proven background leading large-scale change initiatives.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
• Familiarity with user‑centric design principles for learning materials.
