You will be responsible for
- Managing and overseeing change control processes within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
- Ensuring that all changes comply with current quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Assessing the impact of changes across different pharmaceutical forms, including sterile and injectable products
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Regulatory Affairs)
- Supporting the implementation of recently updated Quality processes
- Ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and timely closure of change control activities
About you
- Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field
- 5–10 years of experience in Change Control within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong expertise across all pharmaceutical dosage forms, including injectables
- Solid knowledge of GMP and Quality Systems
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment where Quality processes have been recently revised
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Fluency in French (English is a plus)
