You will be responsible for

• Managing and overseeing change control processes within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
• Ensuring that all changes comply with current quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Assessing the impact of changes across different pharmaceutical forms, including sterile and injectable products
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Regulatory Affairs)
• Supporting the implementation of recently updated Quality processes
• Ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and timely closure of change control activities

About you

• Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field
• 5–10 years of experience in Change Control within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong expertise across all pharmaceutical dosage forms, including injectables
• Solid knowledge of GMP and Quality Systems
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment where Quality processes have been recently revised
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Fluency in French (English is a plus)
