You will be the primary link between the Program’s Change Management team and the local teams (Agencies and Finance CSPs) across France. Your mission is to secure "last-mile" adoption by being a visible, supportive, and proactive presence on-site.
Location: Regional assignments with frequent travel to local agencies and Finance CSPs.
Responsibilities
- Local Relay: Adapt and deliver central communication messages to make them relevant for local agency staff and finance teams.
- Awareness: Organize and facilitate local "Town Halls," coffee corners, or "Lunch & Learn" sessions to build project buy-in.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the program, reporting local resistance or concerns back to the central team.
- Training Logistics & Delivery - Logistics Coordination: Ensure that local training rooms, equipment, and user access are ready before sessions begin.
- Training Facilitation: Lead or co-facilitate end-user training sessions, ensuring participants master the new Oracle Cloud processes.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor training completion rates within your assigned perimeter.
- On-Site User Support (Hyper-care) - Proximity Support: Provide "at-the-desk" assistance to users during the critical weeks following the Go-Live.
- Troubleshooting: Help users navigate the new system, using Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) and training materials to reinforce autonomy.
- Champion Network: Identify and coach local "Super Users" to ensure long-term sustainability after your mission ends.
- Field Reporting & Monitoring - Adoption KPIs: Track local adoption metrics (e.g., login rates, error frequencies) and report progress weekly.
- Logistics Reporting: Provide daily updates during intense deployment phases to the Change Management lead.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in training, field coordination, or operational change management, ideally in a decentralized environment (industrial, retail, or multi-site services).
- Communication: Excellent public speaking and pedagogical skills.
- Mobility: Strong appetite for field work; national travel is a core requirement of the role.
- Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint/Teams and an ability to quickly learn the Oracle Cloud interface.
- Empathy: Ability to handle user frustration and transform it into constructive learning.
- Resilience: High energy and ability to work autonomously across different sites.
- Solution-Oriented: Proactive in solving local logistical or motivational hurdles.
Coverage Zones
- Regional Agencies (Operational/Field focus)
- Finance CSPs (Administrative/Process focus)
You are the face of the Oracle Cloud program for the majority of employees. Your success is measured by the users' confidence on Day 1 and their ability to perform their daily tasks without disruption.
