Role Overview
We are seeking Two proactive and detail-oriented interns to join our teams: one for Human Resources (HR) and one for Legal & Compliance Department . All roles offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading renewable energy company.
Type of Contract: 6 months internship
Role A: HR Intern
Recruitment:
- Assist with drafting and posting job openings across various platforms and monitor applications.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation with assigned HR
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring departments.
- Ensuring all internal requirements are adhered to (recruitment request forms are completed, selected candidate assessment forms signed, etc)
Onboarding:
- Assist the HR department in improving the induction process
- Prepares the documentation for employee induction
HR Administration & project
- Prepare administrative documents or folders
- Fill HR data base & keep records
- Perform translation
- Take part in department project
- Take part of payroll
Training & Development (T&D):
- Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops
- Assist in submitting payment on internal UPM system
- Research and liaise with external vendors to identify and book training opportunities.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a training catalog tailored to employees' development needs.
- Work with IT department to update training information on HRMS
- Collect and analyze feedback to measure program effectiveness.
- Develop learning content and learning paths on Linkedin Learning Platform
- Build and optimize the onboarding program using available platforms and resources
General HR Topics: Support on HR projects or administrative topics
Role B: Legal Internship - Business & Energy Law / Stage - Droit des affaires et de l'énerge
Contract management and drafting
- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts, including: NDAs, MoUs, Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA); Power Purchase Agreements (PPA); EPC and O&M contracts; Land lease agreements and grid connection agreements; Insurance policies and service agreements.
- Ensure contractual documentation aligns with company policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in contract lifecycle management (review, validation, archiving).
Legal Support to Projects (Development & Operations)
- Provide legal support across the lifecycle of renewable energy projects (development, financing, construction, operation)
- Assist with due diligence processes (legal, regulatory, corporate) for acquisitions or project financing
- Support the structuring of projects in different jurisdictions
Legal research & advisory
- Conduct in-depth legal research on topics including: i)contract law; ii) business and corporate law; iii) energy and environmental law; iv) public law and regulatory frameworks; v) EU law and cross-border issues
- Prepare legal memos, summaries, and recommendations for internal stakeholders
- Support the legal team in interpreting and applying new regulations
Compliance and regulatory monitoring
- Perform legal watch (veille juridique) on regulatory developments impacting the energy sector
- Monitor changes in: i) renewable energy regulations; ii) environmental and sustainability frameworks; iii) corporate compliance requirements
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of compliance policies and procedures
Corporate and governance support
- Assist in corporate housekeeping tasks, including: i) preparation of board/shareholder resolutions; ii) maintenance of corporate documentation; iii) coordination with local entities and corporate service providers
- Support the management of subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions
Risk assessment and internal reporting
- Identify and analyze legal and contractual risks
- Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Prepare internal reports and presentations for management and legal team
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with asset management, development and finance teams
- Support internal stakeholders by providing practical and business-oriented legal advice
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to project discussions
Knowledge management and process improvement
- Contribute to the development of legal templates and tools
- Support the improvement of internal legal processes and documentation systems
- Help maintain organized legal databases and contract repositories
What You’ll Gain

We expect you :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Private Law, Business Law, Energy Law ... For Legal Internship, Holding an EFB / Post CAPA is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn or job boards is a plus
- A proactive and resourceful attitude with a keen interest in HR/Law functions.
- Fluent in English and French (B2), proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
