CFO Assistant / Financial Analyst

To strengthen our Finance & Strategy team, we are looking for a rigorous, proactive, and discreet Assistant CFO.

Your Responsibilities

Investor & Financial Communications

• Design and update pitch decks for investors and financial partners
• Prepare roadshow presentations, investment committee materials, and executive financial memos
• Conduct ongoing sector watch on the GPU and AI compute market

Dataroom & Document Management

• Create and maintain a confidential dataroom (balance sheets, projections, shareholder agreements)
• Manage access rights and coordinate document collection during due diligence processes
• Ensure regular updates and consistency of shared financial data

Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses (project profitability, scenario analysis, sector benchmarks)
• Build and maintain financial models (LBO, DCF, multi-year business plans)
• Design performance dashboards; support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes

Executive Assistance

• Prepare materials and agendas for CFO strategic meetings (Board, Comex, bankers)
• Track post-meeting action items and reporting of commitments
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and operational teams
• Optimize financial processes and tools (ERP, BI)

Your Profile

Education

• Master's degree in finance, management, accounting, or from a top business school

Experience

• 2–3 years in a similar role: management control, M&A, corporate finance, financial consulting, or a fast-growing startup
• First experience in tech, infrastructure, or energy is a strong plus

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling, data storytelling)
• Dataroom experience (Intralinks, Datasite, iDeals, or equivalent)
• Solid knowledge of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows)
• BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) are a plus

• Analytical rigor and absolute discretion with confidential information
• Proactive and able to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Languages

• English: professional level required
• French: fluent
