At SOVA, we have an ambitious mission: to revolutionize women's health across Europe — and beyond. Our goal is to become the leading brand in hormonal health, offering natural and effective solutions for women at every stage of their lives.

Founded in 2021 by Eva and Solène, two sisters diagnosed with PCOS, SOVA was born from frustration with the lack of solutions available. Today, we are transforming that frustration into action. With +200% growth in the past year, we are now on a mission to scale from €4M to €40M in revenue, with a major international expansion ahead.

SOVA develops high-quality supplements in collaboration with leading experts, trusted and recommended by healthcare professionals.

YOUR ROLE

Want to learn at 200mph? Want to understand what it truly feels like to scale a company from the inside? This internship is for you!

You'll be Eva's right hand — the Co-Founder of SOVA — on a daily basis.

No pointless PowerPoints. No coffee runs. Real responsibilities, real projects, real stakes — with digital marketing as your main playground.

You'll take ownership of everything Eva doesn't have time to do — and do it well.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Eva on her priority projects and digital marketing roadmap
• Own high-impact transversal missions: analyses, process implementation, project tracking
• Actively contribute to marketing and growth strategy discussions
• Manage projects end-to-end with autonomy and regular direct reporting to Eva
• Help drive digital tools: CRM, e-commerce platform, analytics, social media
• Gather insights, produce actionable analyses, and help prioritize what matters
• Jump on whatever needs doing — including the unglamorous stuff (office runs, bookings, parcels) — because a great right hand knows that no task is below them.

YOUR PROFILE

• You're studying at a business or communications school.
• You genuinely want to understand how a fast-scaling startup works — not just observe it.
• You're autonomous, resourceful, and you make things happen.
• You're curious about digital marketing: SEO, CRM, social media, e-commerce, ads...
• You're fluent in French and in English.
• You're available for a minimum 6-month internship
