Within the Global Tech Department and reporting to the CTO, as a Director of the Digital Workplace , your main objectives are shaping and enhancing the digital environment for all our employees across the globe. You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
Governance:
- Define and implement global platform governance mechanisms, operating models and define standards and policies, coordinating with regional and global teams for continuous improvement and innovation across the Digital Workplace Systems Portfolio.
- Define and lead the lifecycle management of across the Digital Workplace Systems Portfolio, promoting secure, scalable, and compliant low-code solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
Community Management:
- Lead the community of Digital Workplace professionals across Sephora Worldwide and the direct team based out of France.
- Set shared objectives, priorities, and best practices across regions
- Represent Sephora within the LVMH Digital Workplace community
Platform Ownership and Administration:
- Holdend‑to‑end accountabilityfor service quality, security, performance, and roadmap on M365, Microsoft Lowcode/no code platforms – Fabric and Power Platforms, Copilot
- Define service models, support tiers, and escalation frameworks
- Ensure thatLevel 3 administration and L2/L1 operationsare properly staffed and executed by dedicated run teams
- Validate major architectural decisions, integrations, and evolutions
Endpoint & Workplace Services strategy
- Define and steerthe global strategy for endpoint and workplace services
- Set global principles for endpoint management, compliance, and security
- Govern device lifecycle, hardware standards, and sustainability objectives
- Ensure consistent execution through regional IT and workplace teams
- Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of proximity services
- Monitor KPIs, risks, and technical debt at a global level
Projects, adoptions and Change Management:
- Lead implementations, migrations, and rollouts of Global Collaboration Systems.
- Drive the adoption of the M365 platform across Sephora (practices change management, training, etc.).
Security and Compliance:
- Implement Cybersecurity recommendations from Global and Regional Chief Information Security Officers.
- Implement Data and Document Protection measures recommended by Global and Regional Data Protection Officers
- Act as the executive point of accountability for Digital Workplace risks
Budget and Vendor Management:
- Manage Budget, licensing, and recharge processes with Sephora Regions and LVMH Group.
- Be responsible for contractual revisions, renegotiation, and RFPs for related 3rd party services.
- Establish and manage the relationship with vendors and external suppliers and ensure the Quality of their services.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Regional teams in charge of Productivity Tools, Workstation, and Communication Systems Standards.
- Actively partner with HR and Internal Communications stakeholders, particularly regarding the use and introduction of AI in the digital workplace, the strategic deployment of global collaboration platforms, and in providing end-users with clearer access to information, a better understanding of available digital tools, and guidance on their effective use.
Moving forward, you will catch opportunities to grow your role in the following directions:
- Lead Worldwide Harmonization of Workstations and other end-user devices Master and Device Management (asset management, patch, vulnerability management, security tools, etc.)
- Lead Worldwide Harmonization of Collaboration tools through migration from alternate tools into M365 (eg. Google Drive, Dropbox, Box). This will take skills in negotiation and change management
- Governance of individual and team productivity tools and processes in coordination with HR and DPO functions, including new Generation of tools leveraging AI, low-code/no-code education
- High contribution to Green IT (Global Device Monitoring and Power management optimization)
- Identify how digital workplace could bring opportunities for the retail domain.

- You are a graduate Engineer in Computer Science or equivalent
- You have +10 years of experience, including a minimum of five years of experience in a platform management role for large companies with over 20K employees, with an international scope
- You have strong customer focus & experience in interacting with business partners and customers.
- You have a strong drive for results with an excellent track record in Digital Workplace Transformation projects under your belt
- You possess good collaboration skills, with a proven track record of forging partnerships, and you developed negotiation abilities to navigate complex stakeholder needs and drive strategic outcomes
- You have an end-to-end understanding of capabilities in the Digital Workplace area and a strong knowledge of the digital workplace product landscape and underlying IT solutions
- You are an expert in the administration of Active Directory, MS Exchange & IAM SSO systems, MS Sharepoint, and MDM systems like Workspace One; you know Powershell
- You can Architect and manage solutions involving AD, Azure AD, AD Connect, SSO like Okta, M365, and ITSM like ServiceNow
- You are fluent in English (English is a must, French would be a plus)
- You demonstrate a strong personal interest in the Employee User Experience
- A Retail or FMCG domain experience would be a plus
