Context: Our clear ambition is to make data a strategic lever for the entire group worldwide. Within the Data Office & Services, we are transforming our organization to place data, analytics, and artificial intelligence at the heart of performance and innovation.

To lead this transformation, we are seeking a Director of Data Platform and Engineering, responsible for designing and evolving a modern, secure, scalable data platform that serves all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define the strategic vision for the data platform aligned with the group's business objectives.
2. Oversee the development and operation of a comprehensive ecosystem: data lake, data warehouse, streaming, data hub, APIs, security, DevOps, MLOps & DataOps.
3. Implement a robust governance framework, FinOps, data sharing, and cloud tooling for a high-performing, controlled platform.
4. Support the evolution towards a data mesh, promoting business autonomy within a secure framework.
5. Contribute to AI strategy by ensuring infrastructure for training, integrating, and industrializing models.
6. Lead a team of data experts (engineers, architects) in an international, multi-technology environment.

Candidate Profile:

1. Over 10 years of experience in data/cloud technologies, including 5 years managing large-scale data platforms.
2. Strong expertise in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) and modern architectures (data lake, streaming, APIs).
3. Deep knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, DataOps practices, data governance, and security issues.
4. Assertive leadership, service orientation, transformative mindset, and strong product culture.
5. Experience in an international, multicultural, rapidly evolving environment.
