We are looking for a Social Media Executive who will report to our Social Media Manager within the Communications team. You will collaborate with international internal teams and external stakeholders to create and maintain a vibrant online community for BYREDO. You will engage with our audience, curators, contributors, support global campaigns, and foster local community initiatives online.

Community Engagement

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage and grow our online community through various platforms.
  • Create and curate compelling engagement that resonates with our audience and aligns with brand values.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering positive relationships with key contributors, responding to comments, DMs.
  • Monitor sentiment and feedback, acting as the brand’s voice online.
  • Execute all posting of assets together with the Social Media Manager.

Content Planning

  • Prepare posting calendar for global social media platforms.
  • Understand the tone of voice of Byredo and execute social media copywriting.
  • Analyze content performance to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics.

Collaboration with Markets

  • Be the point of contact for local teams and provide guidance for community initiatives.
  • Follow up local markets’ content calendar throughout different platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and compile regular reports on community growth, engagement, key metrics and feedback to inform strategies.
  • Analyze competitor community management efforts to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create trend reports covering current popular topics, trending content, and the leading TikTok creators right now.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain knowledge databases and resource documentation for community initiatives.
  • You have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have a first relevant & significant experience in community management, preferably in the Luxury industry (Fashion/Beauty), either with a brand or an agency.
  • You are proficient in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • You are a native English speaker (proficiency in another language is a plus!) and have strong copywriting skills.
  • You are eager to develop your community management skills in luxury beauty and fashion.
  • You have the ability and willingness to travel, if needed.
  • You are proactive and frequently propose new ideas to engage the community.
  • You love Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Substack, and so on).
  • You have a structured and organized approach, with a strong sense of detail.
  • Your interpersonal and communication skills will help foster a thriving community.
  • You are a collaborative team player, resourceful and take a hands‑on approach to challenges.
  • Highly motivated, with a sense of accountability for community health.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep interest in cultural trends and community-driven content.
