CDD - Overheads Controller (M/F) - 12 months

About The Job

Danone SA is looking for a Finance Overheads controller in France (FR) based in Paris (La Fayette). This role is part of the Danone SA Corporate team and reports directly to the Head of OVH Controlling.

In this role, the following aspects belong to your playfield:

• Coordinate and structure the financial activities for Danone SA, the two DTBVs, and Asian Holdings Overheads.
• Act as a key liaison with Danone counterparts across Finance, HR, GS, and other stakeholders.
• Support decision‑making related to Group Short‑Term Cost Planning & Control.
• Establish and maintain an effective follow‑up structure for all fixed costs.
• Prepare and present business insights to the management team and the Corporate Finance Director.
• Manage FTE costs, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business needs.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive the related action plans to secure performance.
• Contribute actively to the delivery of the strategic Finance Roadmap.

About You

• 3-5 years experience in Controlling in a large and international context.
• Build trustful relationships internally through good communication, able to explain simply complex concepts or analysis, understand issues of stakeholders from various functions, capacity to animate non‑Finance people.
• Never afraid of challenging status quo and drive with energy to make things happen.
• Have a structured mindset, are rigorous with figures and processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP & BI systems is an asset.
• Team spirit.
• Fluent in English and French.
