We are looking for a Global HR Coordinator with outstanding administrative and communication skills to support our Industrial Microbiology & Medical Office groups, representing over a thousand employees worldwide. In a fast-paced environment, under the direct supervision of the VP HR/Global HRBP, this role will assist to coordinate or administer various HR aspects of the organization in close collaboration with regional and local HR teams as well as global HR Centers of Expertise (COE) if necessary.

What will be your missions ?

Provide HR support to the Global HR Business Partner of Industrial Micorbiology on global and cross-functional HR topics: performance management, annual compensation campaigns, talent management, budget process

Consolidate HR statistical data relating to the workforce, organization etc. for the scope of the functions concerned (data at global Industry & Medical Office level)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation for the scope of the functions concerned at global level

Acts as a liaison between the Industry/Medical Office HR community and the relevant COE's: Employee Engagement, HR & Communications Performance, Learning & Development and Ta
