Role Expectations
The Network strategy associate director manages the Drug Substance (DS) and/or Drug Products (DP) industrial strategic orientations and the portfolio of industrial network strategy initiatives (opportunities and feasibility assessments) to adapt and optimize the industrial network for the best interest of the group. It encompasses the needs for life cycle management and launches of new products (with potentially new modalities to onboard) in the long‑term horizon (10+ years).
She/he works in close collaboration with other IPNS (Industrial Product & Network Strategy) functions. She/he interacts with CMC and industrial functions such as internal/external manufacturing, supply, quality, regulatory, EHS, CMC, MSAT, engineering, performance, procurement, finance. The Network strategy associate director reports to IPNS – Industrial Network Strategy Director.
