Company: Hermès is an independent family-owned maison with a rich French artisanal tradition spanning nearly two centuries, now expressing its creativity across 16 métiers.

Context: To support its growth, Hermès established its first leather after-sales service hub in 2022, handling repair requests at both national and international levels with multiple ateliers and artisans.

Location: Based near Paris in Pantin, the HBO site employs around 40 staff dedicated to Hermès product repairs.

Responsibilities:

HUB SAV (70%)

• Consolidate financial and production data related to leather after-sales service.
• Develop capacity planning and P&L analyses.
• Participate in production and financial closures.
• Monitor internal control activities: inventories, team support.
• Create various analyses and improve tracking tools (Score-Card).

Stock Croco / Bovin - Besson (30%)

• Oversee internal control activities: inventories, team procedures.
• Participate in financial closures: P&L and investments.
• Develop analyses and improve stock tracking tools for crocodile stocks.

Relationships:

• Managed by the Besson management controller.
• Collaborate with central management control at HMS and local SAV sites.

Candidate Profile:

• Significant first experience in management control.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, organization, and rigor.
• Curiosity about understanding flows and site issues.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, TM1, M3, VBA is a plus.
