Responsabilités

• Define and animate the group reporting process (monthly, forecast, budget). Support business units in applying the financial control principles set by the group team.
• Analyse and challenge financial performance (top‑line, costs, cash generation, ROCE, etc.) and extra‑financial performance of the portfolio units in real and forecasted phases:
  • Track budget and strategic plan objectives; analyse variances with activity.
  • Analyse key risks and opportunities; conduct sensitivity analyses.
  • Co‑ordinate with the Strategy Department to review strategy execution and monitor action plan implementation.
  • Propose and implement relevant KPIs and analyses.
• Prepare and participate in Performance Reviews: draft analytical notes and recommendations for the Executive Committee, present monthly analyses to the Group CFO.
• Analyse Business Plans and draft review notes on investment requests, presenting recommendations to the Group CFO.
• Collaborate with other Group Financial Controllers to build reporting and analyses for the Management Board, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders (banks, etc.) to support decision‑making.
• Perform financial analyses on transversal topics (net debt, free cash‑flow, EBITDA, costs, etc.) upon request from the Executive Committee or identification of major financial risks.
• Participate in group financial projects: strategy planning, financing, transformation projects, and, where applicable, acquisitions within the monitored activity scope.
• Continuously improve the financial steering process (data collection, dashboards) to reinforce speed and robustness, and transfer best practices across business units.

Qualifications

• Strong‑school degree in Commerce or Engineering (e.g., Dauphine, Sciences Po) with a major in Management/Finance.
• At least 8 years of experience in the finance services of a multi‑BU group, potentially preceded by several years in audit or strategy consulting.
• Proficiency with office software and advanced analysis capabilities.
• Strong analytical, synthesising, rigorous, agile, and proactive mindset in a matrixed, transformation environment.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills (cross‑functional, hierarchical, functional).
• Fluency in English (essential).
• Based in Paris (8th Arrondissement), eligible for 2 days of telework per week after the probation period.
