About therole
Drive commercial success by understanding the market, consumer, competitors, and retail customers in the category
Analyzecustomer and consumer data toidentifycategory growth opportunities, feedconsumer insights back into our plans and campaign execution
Conduct competitive and market analysis to definestrategyandmaintainthe brand's competitiveness in its market.
Be the point of contact to sales team;leadcategorytrading plans and support Sales teams withtheirforecast
In charge ofanalyzingthe business and its key indicators (KPIs) to stimulate the growth of the category: volumes, growth margin, product mix, sell-in, sell-out...
Defend the category internally, advocating for its value and business potential to various stakeholders.
Managecategory Brand Building Investment (BBI) working closely withHead of Marketingand other budget holders
Additionalassignments or special projects as assigned or agreed
About You
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
4-5 years of experiencein product or brand marketing for a DirectToConsumers (D2C) company, ideally with experience inbeauty industryor personal careproducts.
Bac+5 in Marketing
Experience managing campaigns, including translating assets, coordinating with legal teams, and managing relationships with external partners to ensure quality andtimelydeliverables.
Solid knowledge of traditional and digital media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commercial acumen to understand the impact of the income statement and effectively achieve categoryobjectives.
Ability to use creativity to develop innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple complex and multiple projects simultaneously, with strong project management skills.
Analytical mind with the ability toanalyzedata and derive actionable insights for business growth.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to the changing pace of the business environment.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Fluency in English essential (B2 minimum) and fluency inFrench.
