Jobtailor in Chamalières, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, seeks a Professional Development Advisor to guide individuals through the Conseil en évolution professionnelle, conduct assessments, and tailor plans for training and career transitions.

You will inform on development programs, support VAE pathways, prepare reports, and collaborate with partners to facilitate access to training and job-search tools. A Bac+2 or Master’s in Psychology with advisory experience is preferred.
