Care Ops Architect: AI-Driven Process & Tooling

Alan is expanding its Care Ops team in France to scale prevention, insurance and care across multiple countries. The role focuses on end-to-end lifecycle of tooling and workflow optimisation, collaborating with Care, Ops, Data, Engineering and Product.

You will drive performance improvements, explore AI-driven use cases, and lead adoption of new processes while owning the tooling stack such as Intercom, Dust, Klaus, Aircall. This role offers remote-friendly options and equity.
