Capital Projects Engineer – M/F

• Manage capital projects from the preliminary design phase through installation handover.
• Define the scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, and resources required to deliver projects.
• Prepare specifications, consult suppliers, and analyze technical and commercial bids.
• Coordinate design studies, construction activities, technical interfaces, and the various project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress, costs, schedules, quality, and compliance of the completed work.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and the tracking of related action items.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, regulations, and company standards.
• Identify project risks, propose action plans, and provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Participate in commissioning, testing, qualification, start-up, and installation commissioning activities.
• Contribute to equipment acceptance, resolution of outstanding items, and project lessons learned.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial project management, capital projects, construction, or facility improvement.
• Strong knowledge of the various phases of an industrial project: design studies, tendering, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of project planning and tracking tools, as well as cost, schedule, and risk management methods.
• Knowledge of industrial environments and HSE requirements applicable to construction sites and facilities.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work with suppliers, subcontractors, and engineering design firms.
• Professional English proficiency for working in an international environment.
• Autonomy, attention to detail, organizational skills, team spirit, and strong interpersonal skills.
