Calypso Business Analyst

At Synechron France, we have developed strong expertise in financial software solutions, supporting major players in the financial services industry with high-value consulting and delivery capabilities. As part of the growth of our Calypso practice, we are currently looking for talented Calypso Business Analysts to join our team and contribute to innovative and challenging projects.
Overall Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure that the Calypso platform aligns with business strategies and meets operational needs.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Calypso system enhancements and upgrades.
- Conduct system analyses, design, and configuration.
- Provide expert support and training to end-users.
- Liaise between the business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and effective project delivery.
Technical Skills
Calypso Platform
- Profound knowledge of Calypso modules and workflows.
- Experience with configuration and customization of the Calypso platform.
Database & Reporting
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database management.
- Ability to create reports and extract data for business analysis.
Integration
- Experience with Calypso API and integration with other systems.
Testing
- Proficient in designing and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the Calypso platform.
- Document functional specifications and work with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Perform system configuration changes and support release management activities.
- Address user queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications related to business analysis or Calypso are highly desirable.
- Fluent in French and English
