Digital IT Product Manager of TechRequest

Job Title & Location

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is recruiting a TechRequest IT Product Manager to join the IM team based in Toulouse, France.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle, vision, and go‑to‑market strategy for the critical TechRequest application (customer case management).
• Translate business needs into a prioritized product backlog in close alignment with the Business Product Owner.
• Accountable for continuous release management and delivery of IT solutions meeting time, cost, and quality standards.
• Partner with architecture teams to propose relevant IT solutions (AWS, Skywise, SAP, COTS) aligned with the global Enterprise Architecture.
• Act as an end‑user advocate to secure customer centricity, seamless UX, and high business value for airlines and MROs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in digital product and project management (Cloud/AWS, SAP, Skywise).
• Functional or technical architecture knowledge with proven experience in digital industrialization challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership skills, and ability to drive change in complex environments.
• Advanced level in French and negotiation level in English.
