Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑oriented individuals with no prior experience required to join the Ryanair Group cabin crew family. Candidates will start a 6‑week training course, after which they will be assigned to one of our 90+ operational bases to serve our passengers on daily flights.
Responsibilities
During the 6‑week training, you will learn the fundamental skills required for your day‑to‑day role, including safety and customer service best practices. Following training, you will be expected to:
- Operate both early and late shifts, potentially from 5 am to midnight.
- Provide top‑class safety and customer service to guests.
- Follow the fixed 5‑days‑on/3‑days‑off roster pattern.

Qualifications
- Unrestricted right to live, work and travel within the EU.
- Height between 157 cm (5 ft 2 in) and 188 cm (6 ft 2 in).
- Ability to swim 25 m unaided.
- Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
- Excellent customer‑service skills and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
- Passion for travelling and meeting new people.
