Business Process Owner (BPO) – P2P

Type: F/M – Permanent contract

Responsibilities

  • Ensure end-to-end ownership of the P2P process post Go‑Live for the regions live with the new IT landscape.
  • Safeguard the Finance Core Model, including process design, controls, and configurations.
  • Ensure consistent and sustainable execution across regions and entities.
  • Maintain a high level of automation and the benefits of the implemented solution.
  • Validate, prioritize, and govern change requests, deviations, and improvements.
  • Act as a key interface between Finance, IT, and regional teams, ensuring alignment and driving decision-making.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure controlled system evolution, animate and support the key user community across the group.
  • Maintain process documentation and training materials; conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Contribute to performance monitoring and continuous improvement, identifying and driving automation levers and digital opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Secure strong cooperation and alignment with the Project P2P stream leader.
  • Support potential new local implementations, sharing system knowledge and deployment experience.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in P2P process.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA in post-go-live environment.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and data governance.
  • Ability to operate in a multi-country Group environment.
  • Interest in and experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Fluent professional English.

Strong problem‑solving skills, confidence in dealing with key internal and external stakeholders, and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are required.

Location

Possible to work from one of our headquarters in Europe with occasional travel within the Group.
