Business Process Owner – O2C (F/M) – Permanent Contract

Unibail‑Rodamco‑Westfield – Group Finance Business Process & Excellence

Role: End‑to‑end ownership, stability and continuous improvement of the Order to Cash process at group level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end‑to‑end ownership of the O2C process post Go‑Live for the regions live with the new IT landscape.
• Safeguard the Finance Core Model, including process design, controls and configurations.
• Ensure consistent and sustainable execution across regions and entities.
• Secure high level of automation and benefits of the implemented solution.
• Validate, prioritize and govern change requests, deviations and improvements.
• Act as key interface between Finance, IT and regional teams, ensuring alignment and driving decision‑making.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure controlled system evolution, animate and support the key user community across the group.
• Maintain process documentation and training materials, run training sessions when needed.
• Contribute to performance monitoring and continuous improvement, identify and drive automation levers and digital opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Secure strong cooperation and alignment with the Project O2C stream leader.
• Support potential new local implementations sharing system knowledge and deployment experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in O2C process.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA in post‑go‑live environment.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls and data governance.
• Ability to operate in a multi‑country Group environment.
• Interest in and experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent professional English.
• Curiosity, ability to develop and implement innovative action plans.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and confidence dealing with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Location

Possible in one of our headquarters in Europe, occasional travel within the Group.
