Overview

LEAP is Pernod Ricard’s strategic transformation program focused on designing and deploying a future‑ready ERP landscape. The Business Process Manager – Order to Cash will lead the design, integration, and continuous improvement of key O2C capabilities across the ERP platform, with a strong focus on pricing, customer master data, and end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash activities.

Responsibilities

  • Design detailed O2C ERP processes to ensure a seamless flow throughout the entire order‑to‑cash cycle, from customer master data creation and pricing determination to order capture, fulfillment, billing, and issue resolution.
  • Lead ERP customization for O2C, working closely with the implementation team to support critical business requirements while maintaining process standardization and harmonization.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with sales, logistics, finance, tech, and master data teams to align pricing, customer data, and O2C processes with overall business operations.
  • Facilitate fit‑gap analysis workshops on site, assess identified gaps, and decide whether enhancements to the global template are needed or local adaptations are sufficient.
  • Ensure data readiness for rollout and scale: own end‑to‑end O2C data migration for Iberia (master data, transactional data, reconciliation rules, cutover playbooks), lead mock cycles and defect closure, and apply reusable migration standards and governance.
  • Stabilize and industrialize O2C process documentation: finalize and refine global process design, business rules, and SAP configuration documentation, and document any TAG/Iberia deviations to provide a clean, scalable baseline for future markets.
  • Drive change management and business adoption: lead change impact assessments, translate process and system changes into clear business impacts for each stakeholder group, identify adoption risks and readiness gaps, and define targeted mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate role‑based change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training reinforcement, local champion activation, and business readiness checkpoints.
  • Design and deliver training and capability‑building initiatives: lead the development and deployment of O2C training workshops covering business processes, SAP transactions, controls, and end‑to‑end scenarios; ensure training materials and user guidance are scalable and reusable across markets.
  • Support business readiness by strengthening user understanding, reinforcing process ownership, and enabling consistent adoption of the global template during rollouts and post‑go‑live stabilization.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering or business school.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Order‑to‑Cash process design and operations within a consumer‑packaged goods environment, with strong exposure to pricing and customer master data.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA, particularly across pricing, customer master data, customer BP, and end‑to‑end O2C processes.
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer goods sector across commercial, customer service, and sales operations functions.
  • Project management experience and the ability to be hands‑on while maintaining a strategic vision.
  • Experience with roll‑outs and proven ability to adapt in fast‑paced, project‑driven contexts.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA and occasionally globally to support rollout activities.
  • Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
