Drive Lifecycle Services (LCS) growth in the assigned geography by developing qualified pipeline, leading opportunity execution, and enabling consistent forecasting and funnel governance across direct and distributor‑led business. Reporting to the LCS Director/Manager, you will lead opportunity development and sales execution for LCS in the assigned geography. You will drive pipeline creation and quality, forecasting discipline, and opportunity progression in coordination with account teams, distributors, and LCS domain experts.

Your Responsibilities
- Improve growth and performance for the Lifecycle Services Business Segment in your geographical areas of responsibility, including both the Services and Solutions businesses.
- Develop and execute the Services pipeline through distributors, including partner‑delivered services, Connected Services, and annual service contracts (ARR), coordinating with Customer/Partner Success.
- Develop and execute the Solutions pipeline through distributor and direct pursuits, including Process and Information Solutions.
- Own forecasting and performance reporting for the assigned geography across Services and Solutions, including pipeline health, stage quality, and commit accuracy.
- Maintain working knowledge of the LCS portfolio, value proposition, and go‑to‑market motions relevant to the assigned geography.
- Apply the regional industry strategy and outcome‑based selling principles to qualify, shape, and progress opportunities.
- Build and execute an annual territory plan for LCS (accounts, vertical focus, distributor plan, and growth targets) aligned to regional priorities.
- Ensure sellers and distributor partners in the assigned geography are enabled on priority LCS offers (positioning, qualification criteria, and sales plays) and know when to engage LCS domain experts.
- Execute regional campaigns and plays by converting them into account pursuits, meetings, and qualified opportunities; provide feedback on adoption and results.
- Coordinate pursuit teams across Account Managers, distributors, and LCS domain experts to progress opportunities from qualification through close.
- Deliver assigned growth targets by improving pipeline conversion, deal velocity, and attachment of services and solutions in the territory.
- Build alignment with internal and channel partners through clear communication, defined handoffs, and regular operating cadence.

- Execute launches of new LCS offers in the territory by aligning sellers and distributors on positioning, target accounts, and first‑opportunity actions.
- Collect and consolidate customer and partner feedback (wins/losses, objections, gaps) and route it to portfolio and marketing teams with recommended actions.
- Share best practices and account learnings with regional peers and the Business Unit to improve repeatability.
- Maintain required technical and commercial competencies through assigned training and participation in LCS enablement sessions.
The Essentials – You Will Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Legal authorization to work is required.
- Valid driver's license
- Travel up to 40%; travel to customers within the assigned geography will be required.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
- 5+ years of Services and Solutions (or related) experience is required.
- Project management skills.
- Experience leading strategy, plan, execution, and performance for Lifecycle Services business in the respective region.
- Commercial and unique technical skills.
- 8+ years selling services within industrial automation.
- Understanding of Rockwell Automation limited distribution and market access model.
