Business Engineer
Responsibilities
Develop an active client portfolio through proactive prospecting (phone outreach, on-site meetings, events, networking).
Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, drafting/presenting commercial proposals, and closing.
Work closely with recruitment teams to identify suitable technical profiles.
Lead client meetings and own the overall client relationship.
Maintain rigorous tracking of prospecting activities, performance metrics, and related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Engineer (Ingénieur d'Affaires) in an IT services company (ESN)
- Strong experience in technical assistance
- Willingness to pursue an ambitious career path
- Comfortable building and managing relationships with both clients and candidates
