Business Development Manager（LATAM）

Responsibilities

• Develop new overseas markets, establish and maintain customer relationships to increase the company’s market share; gather market and competitor intelligence;
• Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication to understand needs, provide solutions, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction;
• Be proficient in international trade contract terms and legal requirements, overseeing the entire contract and order management process;
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Degree in business, life sciences, or related fields with solid professional knowledge;
• Adaptability to cross-cultural work environments with strong international client communication, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills;
• Fluency in Spanish or French to conduct business operations as a working language;
• Minimum 1 year of overseas sales experience with familiarity in international market expansion processes;
• Work location: Shanghai or assigned overseas office.
