The purpose of this role is to drive significant growth in the Inbound Solutions business by owning, developing, and growing strategic and collaborative long‑term relationships with Multinational account customers. It’s this role responsibility to implement multiple year joint business plans based on clear understanding of Multinational accounts’ decision making processes, business objectives and value creation opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and open new multi‑national account opportunities
  • Develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, including lane expansion and cross‑selling opportunities, with multi‑national account customers
  • Build strong long‑lasting mutually beneficial relations with selected Multinational Account Customers
  • Champion Inbound Solutions sales in the European community (i.e. our pallet business and inbound solutions colleagues) by providing support on sales opportunities and driving innovation on service and products to improve and secure account profitability
  • Create an account plan per Multinational Account, including stakeholder mapping
  • Identify and develop new service and product opportunities at customer, to grow, improve and secure our business relationship
  • Develop excellent relationship management with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts and foster customer experience to increase customer loyalty
  • Lead and coordinate customers’ joint business plan with a detailed action plan for internal and external follow‑up reviews
  • Own and drive strategic multinational accounts pricing and facilitate local account managers’ growth by creating clear and effective guidelines
  • Support, facilitate and improve multi‑level communication between CHEP and multinational customers
  • Coordinate and engage internal resources across functions and geographies to identify and implement value creation plans by leveraging inbound solutions within multinational accounts
  • Actively promote zero harm and a safe workplace environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 10 year international sales experience with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a multinational sales process
  • Business experience: a minimum of 3 years working experience in a multinational customer environment with a commercial background
  • Experience in managing complex and geographically wide‑spread customers at multiple stakeholder levels
  • Work self‑directed across broad international and cultural environments
  • Strong organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Languages: English; French and Spanish will be a great plus
