The Role

As NIIT MTS continues to expand across EMEA, we are looking for a Business Development Manager – France to accelerate our presence and drive new client acquisition across France and French speaking regions. This is a hunter-focused , quota-carrying individual contributor role suited to a dynamic, experienced sales professional who has successfully sold Managed Training Services or Learning Technology solutions to complex, multinational clients.

You will report directly to the Regional VP Sales, EMEA and be responsible for landing new logo accounts, building pipeline, and closing high-value, strategic training partnerships

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve an individual quarterly and annual new business quota across the France and French speaking regions.
  • Identify, target, and close net new business opportunities with large enterprises (F500 and multinational organisations).
  • Engage senior HR, L&D, Procurement, and Business Unit stakeholders with a consultative, insight-led sales approach.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through discovery, solution scoping, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a rolling pipeline through self-sourced activity and proactive outreach.
  • Position NIIT’s value proposition in both traditional L&D outsourcing and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to raise brand awareness and generate localised demand.
  • Accurately manage CRM data (HubSpot) and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and conversion metrics.
  • Represent NIIT at trade events, webinars, and key client meetings across the region.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in Managed Training Services (MTS) , Corporate Learning , or Learning Technology .
  • Demonstrated success selling to Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients with long, complex buying cycles.
  • Strong hunter mentality: driven by pipeline building, outreach, and proactive engagement.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) – essential for client engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value proposals and close multi-stakeholder deals.
