Description and Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Solutions and Services Sales Executive to drive sales of Professional Services across both Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Intelligent Devices Group (IDG). At this role you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for consulting, deployment, integration, and lifecycle management services that support our infrastructure and end‑user environments. You will report to our Sr. Solutions & Services Executive Manager France. To be successful in this role you will use both your technical understanding and commercial acumen to position value‑added services that help our clients modernize, optimize, and manage their IT environments end to end.

Your Responsibilities are to:

  • Drive strategic growth of DaaS and IaaS through the identification, development, and closure of high-value Channel opportunities across local and international markets.
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key Channel Partners and customer stakeholders to influence long-term business outcomes.
  • Champion Lenovo’s “as-a-Service” portfolio—cloud infrastructure, managed services, and endpoint solutions—ensuring strong market adoption and partner engagement.
  • Oversee accurate pipeline governance and forecasting through Microsoft Dynamics, enabling data‑driven business decisions.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end services sales lifecycle, ensuring seamless handover to delivery teams and maintaining executive visibility throughout execution.
  • Align closely with account teams to attach high‑value professional services to hardware and software initiatives, increasing overall deal value and customer stickiness.
  • Partner with solution architects to shape complex, customized service offerings covering data center, PC deployment, and IT transformation programs; own proposal development, SOW definition, and commercial structuring, articulating clear technical and business value propositions.
  • Consistently exceed revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals through disciplined execution and strong partner alignment.
  • Maintain a forward‑looking perspective on Lenovo’s product, service, and business model innovations and translate them into scalable, market‑ready service solutions.

What you bring:

  • 5 years of experience in services or solutions sales within IT/data center/end‑user computing.
  • Proven success selling professional or managed services (consulting, deployment, integration); experience with enterprise and public sector customers.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to translate customer challenges into technical/business solutions; excellent communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering (preferred); industry certifications advantageous.
  • Familiarity with IT lifecycle services, hybrid cloud, virtualization, and ROI/TCO‑based selling.
